These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Proumera platform and related services
(the "Service") provided by [Proumera — legal entity name] ("Proumera", "we", "us"). By creating an account, logging in, or using the
Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Proumera provides software for restaurants and food businesses, including digital menus, a management console,
and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts are provisioned for your business. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity
under your account, and for keeping your contact and billing details accurate. You must be authorised to act for
your business.
Paid plans are billed in advance for each period in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless agreed otherwise. Prices may include
value-added tax (VAT) as required by law. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.
Late or unpaid amounts may lead to suspension of the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; uploading harmful or
unlawful content; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or reselling
the Service without our permission.
You keep ownership of the content and data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host
and operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your content and for having the rights to
use it.
Proumera and its software, design, and trademarks remain our property. These Terms do not grant you any rights in
them except the right to use the Service as described.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and
will make reasonable efforts to limit disruption. Support is provided through the channels we make available.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service unlawfully.
You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete data
after a reasonable period in line with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total
liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three (3) months before the
event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify
you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts
